We want you to be satisfied with RevEcho. If things don't work out, here's how our refund process works — clearly and without the fine print.

Refund Windows

Monthly Plan

7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribed to a monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or renewal date.

Annual Plan

14-Day Refund Window

If you subscribed to an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment or annual renewal date.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@getrevecho.com with:

We'll process your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the refund window, you must also submit a refund request as described above.

After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a significant technical failure caused by RevEcho that prevented you from using the Service — outside the standard refund window — please contact us. We review these cases individually and may issue a partial credit or refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are always happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly.
