RevEcho offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing is handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing:

RevEcho operates via WhatsApp Business API and integrates with third-party review platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms (Meta/WhatsApp, Google, Booking.com, Trustpilot, etc.). RevEcho is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your own customers before sending them WhatsApp messages through RevEcho.
All content, branding, software, and technology within RevEcho is the exclusive property of RevEcho. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of your own business data uploaded to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevEcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific results such as increased review volume or improved ratings.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
